You'll receive a confirmation email right after placing your order. We then verify availability with our suppliers.

If it's in stock, we process your order and prepare for shipment. If it's not available, we cancel the authorization and email you with next steps.

Yes β€” we can split the shipment. However, we will need to charge additional shipping for the second delivery (chairs or table).

Yes, we do! You're welcome to purchase individual chairs. Shipping charges apply.

Yes! You can add a liftgate during checkout for an additional fee.

🚚 Can the table be brought inside?

In select areas, we offer inside delivery. Please contact us before ordering to confirm if it's available in your area.

🧰 I don’t want to unpack or assemble anything. What do you suggest?

We offer White-Glove Delivery which includes unpacking, setup, and debris removal β€” available in many areas.

If it’s not available in your area and you paid for it, we’ll issue a refund (excluding Howard Miller items).

πŸ’₯ What if my table arrives damaged?

Please inspect your delivery carefully. If you notice damage, make note of it on the delivery receipt before signing.

Take clear photos of any damage and email them to info@pokertablesamericana.com within 24 hours so we can start a claim on your behalf.

❌ Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel within 48 hours free of charge. After that, there's a 16% admin fee. If it already shipped, return shipping and potential damage deductions also apply.

πŸ› οΈ What if my table has a manufacturing defect?

If it’s under the manufacturer's warranty, we’ll arrange a free replacement part. All warranties are handled directly through the manufacturer.

Americana Poker Tables cannot compensate beyond what’s covered by the manufacturer warranty.

Most of our brands do not accept returns once delivered. Please check the product page or manufacturer page to confirm return policies.

πŸ“ž Why do I have to provide a phone number?

Carriers need your phone number to schedule delivery. If they can't reach you after several attempts, the item may be returned β€” and you'll be charged for all related costs.

πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ Do you ship to Canada?

Not at the moment. We only ship within the contiguous U.S.
